If you exercise your right to exchange or return goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, the sales contract is rendered invalid. If you return goods, the contract is cancelled and any sums paid are refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation. 

Please observe the following points:

• Please always return the item to us in full together with its original packaging - that allows us to complete the process quickly
• Please enter your reasons for returning the product so that we can improve our service
• If you return items of an order we will – depending on how you paid for your order – reimburse your credit card or send you a cheque
